Erasmus @CCBS. A warm welcome to our French partners.- Pics

This week, after months of preparation, our school community is thrilled to welcome teachers and students from one of our partner schools in Dunkirk, France, as part of our Erasmus plus programme! Our visitors, along with their hosting students, will enjoy all that our school has to offer through a week of exciting activities inspired by three of our project values — drawn from the Olympic spirit — Determination, Justice, and Participation. A special thank you to today’s guest speaker, John Lynch, for sharing his powerful story of living through the Troubles as a Co. Tyrone GAA player and for teaching our students some great GAA skills. We’d also like to thank our very own Sylvester Maguire for starting the day off with fun icebreaker games that set a fantastic tone for the week ahead. A big shout-out to our Student Council for giving our guests a wonderful tour of the school and to the Transition Year Erasmus class for ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout the day. It’s shaping up to be an inspiring week of learning, friendship, and cultural exchange!
