Student Awards

At Coláiste Cholmcille, we are committed to promoting our core values of Respect, Fairness, and Personal Growth through a positive and supportive school culture. As part of this commitment, we operate a student rewards system through VS Ware that recognises and celebrates positive behaviour. Each week, students who have maintained a record free from negative behaviour entries are awarded 10 positive behaviour points by their tutor. This consistent recognition encourages students to make positive choices, take responsibility for their actions, and contribute positively to our school community.

The points students accumulate throughout the term provide opportunities to participate in our special mid-term rewards events, where their efforts and achievements are acknowledged and celebrated. These events are an important way of recognising the many students who demonstrate our school values on a daily basis. By rewarding positive behaviour, we aim to foster an environment where every student feels valued, respected, and motivated to achieve their personal best.
