TY Willow Basket-Making Workshop- Pics
Our TY’s enjoyed a traditional handwoven willow basket-making workshop last week with Helena Golden, “The Willow Woman”. They had the opportunity to learn about our ancestral traditions and Irish culture as they crafted their own baskets from sustainably grown willow. Many thanks to @thewillowwoman and @heritageireland who funded the workshop through their Heritage in Schools programme.
