Gaisce Adventure Journey 2024- Pics

On the 7th of May, a number of our TY and 5th year students completed their Gaisce bronze and silver awards with an outdoor excursion in the Ox Mountains.It was an action packed few days, including a 25km hike through The Sligo Way along Loch Easkey, dinners made with team effort, and a sing song beside the campfire.This year marked the first students of Coláiste Cholmcille to complete the silver award. These students stayed an extra night and completed an additional 20km hike around Loch Talt. Big thank you to Ox Mountain Glamping, Dermot, Monica, Michelle, Pamela and Paddy, for being so accommodating and making this a memorable experience for all. We also want to thank Ms. Coleman and Ms. Gethins for accompanying our students on this fantastic trip.
