Hot Chocolate Bomb Time!- Pics

TY Enterprise students enjoyed participating in a chocolate making workshop recently with Mo Milseáin owner Frances Mc Glynn. The students got to experience the science behind the manufacturing of the handmade Belgian chocolate by using the tempered chocolate from the specially designed machine. Each participant crafted and then decorated their own hot chocolate bomb or chocolate bar and of course enjoyed taste testing it afterwards!
