School Journal Design Competition- Pics

Students are invited to get creative and use their imagination to design the school journal for2023/2024. The competition is open to ALL STUDENTS.The following are essential design requirements:

  • Name of the school – Coláiste Cholmcille (ensure the spelling is correct!)
  • The academic year 2023/2024
  • School crest – this can be added in at the printing stage if you do not wish to hand draw it. You must indicate the placement of the crest.
  • A4 size

Brainstorm as part of the process to get the ideas flowing. Consider what the school community means to you. Suggestions: read the mission statement, consider our location, our catchment area, the surrounding community, the school setting, the landscape/buildings, the variety of subjects offered, the opportunities that are open to you, your future, friends, activities and the overall spirit of Coláiste Cholmcille. Photos attached include last year’s winner and some shortlisted winners for inspiration. For more information, contact Ms. Keogh.

The deadline for receipt of entries is next Wednesday 29th March.
